"The Making of..." Here is a WIP image of how I generally do my sequential art. In order to keep things moving, I will usually layout several pages on one grid and work on the whole thing at once (foreground layers first, etc). I jump around a lot when I do this, but it definitely keeps things going faster than if I were to do one panel at a time.
